Shipping costs, calculated based on current postal rates, are included in the total order amount and may be adjusted in case of changes.

📍 Delivery Areas

Europe : Shipping via PostNL (between €8.50 and €11,50)

Netherlands: Shipping via PostNL (€6)

Pickup: Free pickup – The address will be provided at checkout

Other destinations: Fees determined on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Conditions

Free shipping via DPD/PostNL for orders over €130 (In Europe only).

Estimated delivery times are indicative only, with no refund or order cancellation in case of delay.

The buyer assumes all transportation risks. In case of loss or damage, any issue must be reported upon receipt of the package and confirmed in writing within 5 days at atelierelsaandclaire@gmail.com.

Orders are shipped only after full payment. Any package returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
